Sumbul was ok terms with shalin.... Mayb platonic friend ship sorts...
And he took the chance to get popular due to her imli connection.
But tine started spreading romantic reason from sumbul, not just house mates but also audience.
So shalin now wants clean image for himself and ot to look like taking advantage of a child.... So trying to distance from her. But discussion about her the whole time to maintain the connect and audience favor.
Tina is chipkoing everywhere so she may look relevant and find minds to play with.
