As for Bano and Fahad, we know for a fact that Fahad has shown some curiosity about Bano. While Bano’s heartbreak is not evident from her demeanour, I feel as soon as she becomes aware of Fahad as a man, she will be on guard and Fahad is the only one who is equipped to break down her walls. Fahad is mostly good with reading emotions and can handle Bano sensitively. I don’t think he’s going to straight up ask her about being single but maybe this question will pop up in between their conversation or maybe Fahad would be able to infer it. Honestly a person like Bano deserves far better than Dalal and I’m waiting for their story to take off.
I still can’t get over your imaginary scenario of Ayesha and Basit, so I’m inclined do ask, how do you see them spending time in the future? Do you see Basit improving his flirting skills?Will he help Ayesha in overcoming her insecurities and making her feel beautiful? Will he be able to emote as well as communicate that he’s attracted to his wife?
I ask this because one of Ayesha’s biggest insecurities is that Basit never liked her as she says to Bano and with Soha in the picture, these insecurities are bound to increase manifold. Also I believe that Basit has never complemented Ayesha on her looks, so waiting to see how that pans out.
Very true about Fahad being more astute in the way he behaves around Bano...in fact I am really excited to see how the show will handle the way Fahad succeeds in bringing Bano's walls down. This show has handled Zoya-Amir's relationship so well despite it being a secondary track that I have high hopes about how Bano-Fahad will be handled. While of course, Basit-Ayesha are endgame and most important to us, I will be very very disappointed if Bano and Fahad's story doesn't take off. Dania Anwer was quite cryptic on the point in her interview...did not give away any spoilers.
And as for how Basit is around Ayesha in the future, remember the rose petal strewn pool? That bit has me very very excited! ☺️ I really hope Basit comes out strong as a lover at some point. Perhaps a back hug k-drama style? I think the upcoming experience of loneliness and longing for Ayesha that awaits him will make him realise the need for physical as well as emotional comfort. He will want Ayesha's touches, maybe make excuses to have her touch him or find excuses to touch her. I like the idea you came up with...Ayesha burning her hand...wanted to write a story about that but haven't found the time.
Would love to have him actually tell her that she is looking pretty.
Soha will become a source of pain for Ayesha which I think is necessary to make her realise what Basit had gone through seeing her with Fahad. I mean Basit has zero interest in Soha so Ayesha's insecurities or hurt on seeing Soha around Basit would be similarly based on a delusion. But Basit will have to prove that he actually loves Ayesha. I think he will realise the need to verbalise his attraction or desire as he sees Ayesha's pain. In the promo he is heard thinking how he will regain her faith in him and their relationship. I think Basit will try to do something about this that will have him pushing his limits.
