I vote for Ninand to have rented for Sai!!

I think the house owner will be Either Jagtap or Virat. They can show Jagtap as it will give Virat more confirmation about this delusional thinking that Sai and Jagtap are together. Also Jagtap’s father is an MLA , the broker was seen with Bhavani, it’s possible that she has connections with political people . Today he saw Jagtap with Sai again, Jagtap being the owner will be last nail, he will character assassinate Sai and blame her for having a child ‘ Savi’ with Jagtap. Other chances are that the owner can ve Virat, makers can do that to so little redemption for him, as even though he hates Sai to the core, he did that for her and her child as they have come to Nagpur for helping him. I feel the owner being Gulabrao is very less probable as it will not bring any thing to the story.
