The fact that Sai is being shown a bit destitute has little bearing if a custody case is brought against her. It is her present condition and it has not always been so. She is a capable doctor of good character and I'm sure there are people who will vouch for that. Sai know all CN secret etc. Her husband has a case against him for illegal surrogacy, P has a criminal record, and BK crimes are countless. So I don't think it will go to court BK will not allow it in the name of Izzat
