But, we also know that sai won't file a case on virat. She saved him during shruti track. She did during surrogacy.

And, she left after pakhi's bail.

She doesn't put virst in trouble like this.

Also, no one is talking about the past issues here.

But, the mother in sai is stronger than the wife in sai.

If she actually thinks that virat did this deliberately and that her child had to suffer, then she might really do it.

Also, the congenital issue might make her angrier.
