No it will not be brushed aside I think, because this congenital issue is the key that will open the lock of Vinu's parentage....

See if they will brushed aside then how will they gonna get to know about Vinu, even if Sai comes to know about adoption, why would she go in deep to know who are his biological parents unless there is some requirement, this congenital issue will open those cards ...
