Yes that could’ve been a better way to handle it. But useless dialogue writers write too harsh which doesn’t always go with character sketch. Agreed he’s always had issue with her sacrifice but isn’t her core loving selfless nature the very reason for which he fell in love with her? As usual he isn’t thinking right and blasting full 1 year anger. He’ll come around very soon and get back to his senses.

She is pure hearted girl, IF Doctor has done favor to her for her Abhi, then she will stick with her promise. this is not stupid..It's her conscience and goodness to stick with the -"CAN BE BREAKABLE" promise.

Hence Harsh pointed out right thing today that What she did is not easy. We think it is so easy to break the promise or deal..but she stood by it until got to know the greed of khera siblings.

She is bound in a relationship, they have dreamt of their future, they have so many plans to fulfil.. and the most important thing, they are in love with each other so deeply. If you are reading Meher's posts, Ak makes promises or deal..but never fulfills at the end.

It is her learning and realization that is snail speed during whether making promise to her sister or making deal with unknown era gera nathu khera 😆

At the end, she sees that the promise or deal she made for people are not worth 😆 and she breaks it. During all these..only her respective partner will suffer. It is easy for people to target her because of her goodness.

The way Papa Birla and Neil are empathizing with AK, wish the makers brought in a balance by showing that someone in GFam also understood Abhis pain. Plus, some of AKs dialogue about hair and broccoli were so stupid. Writers need to do a better job!

I wish they had highlighted the fact that during her birthday she had promised God “ take anything from me , just fix Abhi’s hand” . A mannat. Which she could not break.

Her intentions are pure, no doubt. But I’m not sure we have to uphold promises made to blackmailers and fraudsters, goons or rapists. It would have been ok to break a promise make to Khera.

Now, they could have shown Khera taking her passport so she could not travel back to India . But whatever. It’s done. it’s kinda shoddy.

I think AJ just made it worse. I think the families will grow the rift and deepen the chasm. I hope Sarah’s new hints don’t mean Abhi chasing Ashara and yelling at her again for humiliating Anand Birla.

When Khera cracked the deal..he was purely selfish brother - asking Ak to save her sister by singing for her. Khera did go to operation theatre but he said- he is not able to focus because of her sister's concern. Just imagine surgeon not able to focus during surgery what it can cause the outcome of Birla surgery could have been different than expected..Then Ak would have regret badly..

Hence Ak saw that brother's helplessness.

But once she saw their selfish nature, she broke the deal.

See that is what i wrote in my previous comment that whenever she makes promise or deal, she thinks the other person is asking me for good reason..but in the process, she sees their real intention and then she backs off 😆

This is how she is...in a way she is like Kaand maata too...
