I think they made her positive so that she'll be able to keep vinu and sai will do it herself otherwise if she was negative, then there's no way she couldn't kept vinayak.

Devaki gave him birth but Yashoda nurtured him. For Vinu, in broader terms, he is Sai ka beta but P gave him birth. So it's a matter whether the womb or the DNA should be important?

I agree with Nuts... The day P gave birth, I switched off myself... it's futile to hope that P will go away.. even if she goes, she will leave an indelible mark.

Background

Knowing the spoilers and my own predictions I m writing this. I tried to disengage from my theory and my belief that they will follow KD but I could not. I am seeing signs everywhere. However I tried my best to see the precap and only the spoilers.

Spoilers say Pakhi will push Virat to start afresh with Sai. Not that he will not if given a chance. He is angry. He needs someone to show what he wants. And Pakhi knows his heart. He didnt move a bit from the day they separated. And going by how Pakhi behaved with him in the room, she will understand his pain and probably convince him to bring Sai. Virat needs that nudge, which she will give.

Now Jaggy already gave Sai the nudge. He said she cannot trouble Savi just because she has issues with her father. He made her understand to come out of her grief and see the child's pain. Sai will now lap up Virat's offer. She might not reveal who Virat is to Savi. But she will want Savi to spend some time with her police uncle.

One interesting point to be noted here. It is very subtle. They both think they are doing this because of the kids. True. But they are yearning to find answers too. And who are pushing them? Their exes. I know it is atrocious to call Jaggy an ex, but today he showed he cared for Sai as much as Savi. Jagtap has seen Sai's pain. He has held her when her heart broke seeing Virat and Pakhi together. He is the same person who saw Sai and Virat and their love after hospital attack. So he can gauge her pain. Though he nudged Sai for Savi, his expectation is that Sai will find happiness. His later convo with his friend proved that. He did all this for Sai. To give Sai a chance for herself

Similary, if the spoilers are correct and Pakhi is the one we found yesterday consoling Virat. She will also nudge Virat for Vinayak. But her motive will be to bring Sai into Virat's life again. She has been the person who has seen him suffering with her loss. She knows he didnt move on from her. She will want to see his happiness, and knows it lies with Sai. Thats why the spoiler says she pushes Virat to start afresh, may be!

Though kids will be the reason, the nudge needed, it is Sai and Virat reaching out to each other, to see themselves whether they indeed moved on or not. Without finding those answers they will not be at peace.

Now looking at the promo with this mindset

Sai knows their love is invaluable. But she will come to CN to find its value... to see if Virat has indeed moved on. Virat is with Pakhi, but his eyes are on Sai as he wants to know answers for his questions. Though it might look like he is doing things to rile Sai up, I believe he does it independent of Sai. Look at Pakhi in the mirror, she is happy to get VIrat's attention. But is she? Sai sees this happiness of Pakhi through mirror. She is not real. Who is real is the one who knows the real value of the ring. The one who held the ring in her hand. That Pakhi knows the ring is invaluable. But Sai thinks it has no value now. So whatever dynamics Virat and Pakhi has will make Sai 'think' she has no value. Because she sees the reflection not reality. Virat will see this Sai and thinks she has nothing for him. Only Pakhi knows what is there between them. Will she tell them?

Edited: Also when Sai sees Virat and Pakhi, she doesnt see virat's face. She sees only Pakhi's reflection. So yeah she might judge thier relationship based on Pakhi's reactions. But not virat's. Thats the problem. And she moves away...which is perceived by Virat as her moving on from him.

I am surprised to see there are no kids involved. The entire precap/promo is on these 3 only. 👍🏼
