Sai's pain point: That she cannot fulfill her husband's emotional needs. She thinks Virat gets it from Sruthi/pakhi kind of women. She is made to feel immature. That his love for her is only affection and physical. It is scary for a woman.
Virat's pain point: That he is not worthy enough for Sai that she could leave him at any point of time, and be happy still. Even after sharing so much physically. It is a man thing which hurts his self worth.
Leena captured these dynamics beautifully which Vankar comprimises in showing it. They dont have one proper discussion around their intimacy and what they shared. Msin keeps mentioning umpteen times they allude to this in their conversations in KD, especially Rono. And umpteen times Emon tells him he shares everything 'emotional' with other women. That she is not good enough for him to share his thoughts. Here, there is NO conversation. Very shallow potrayal of husband/wife dynamics.
Thanks for tagging me sadhika..
Yes I totally agree with you..
Still I love the old sairat because the chad this rawness ..later vanker failed to capture that in his version.. Now the story is revolving around some tension.. This track might have brought interest but somehow looses that essence..
I believed that SaiRat live the life unlike others for whom it's just a ritual.. Take for example samrat and pakhi, omi and sonali then we have karishma and mohit... They have s** out of ritual but sairat would probably do this because they need each other.. Vanker has failed to capture that after shruti track..
Emon knew that rono was physically attracted to her but she wanted respect... Rono's god complex used to confuse her always.. It's very painful for any woman having to bear such life partner.. Both Emon and sai don't want to listen and don't give time.. That's what drives both rono and virat crazy..
Over here I'm really unable to gauge virat.. 🤢
