Its the CVs way to whitewash her as she is a mother grieving and her guilt of not being a good mother to Anisha when she was alive. So she is doing everything in her power to paint the picture that her parenting isn't in question and to prevent the narrative that once again Anisha disappointed the family.

The sad truth is Anisha didn't disappoint the family when she initially went away. It is just this last episode where she should not have tried to marry Kairav and agreed to continue her affair with a married man.
