Not sure now. Maybe Vinu will get pain after they go back. So for son's sake she will come back and request Sai to come for treating.

Yeah i never thought Sai will fight for him :D I will be surprised if she goes to CN, but her connection with Vinu and Virat saving Savi might force her.
