That's why iam saying if he actually give attention he knows she is alive. Law mein trick ye hai agar koi unh logo se jinse wah Roz milta hai 7 saal tak contact nahi karta toh 7 saal baad mara mana jayega. So Virat ki shaadi null and void hai as her mausi knows she is alive. Second if Virat claim he saw dead people list so why don't he have death certificate. That makes his marriage with pakhi null and void. By law of he actually obtained death certificate before got married to pakhi his marriage is valid in eye of law 7 years or not.

I don't remember the movie name but for some reason the heroine had to hide her identity, the rest of the family knew her. And gradually the entire family started visiting her separately because they wanted to spend time with her.
