Why can't they get new judging panel? No offense. Need a more diverse set of judges.

Sony is mostly taking the same judges panel for all their shows. Super Dancer all 4 seasons have same judges, Superstar Singer and India's Best Dancer too

There is a lady at 0.25 sec in the video clip. What is your best shot at who it could be? If my guess is correct then many may know her.
PS: Even Nahid can be seen standing in the line :)
