Off-topic: do you know why they are called Phenyl bottles?
In organic chemistry, phenyl - meaning a benzene ring - is always a group attached to another parent molecule, never the name of a parent molecule. Parent molecules derived from benzene have a variety of names, such as terephthalate that is polyesterified with ethane-1,2-diol to make these bottles.
Seeing a product advertised as "Phenyl" leaves me wondering what the molecule really is, the way an advertisement for "alpha-hydroxy" or "omega-3" is meaningless unless you do the samasyÄ-pÅ«rti.
