To set up a clinic is one thing but hospital is expensive, a lower middle class family can't do it and Sai does rural service, she is not employed rather visits patients and from the looks of it, villagers don't really take her services

2. Agar 1. Dikhaya to PL ka changed avatar n Virakhi progress nahi dikha salte which is important to put Virat in dilemma n MakePL angry. Sai is filler for now cause they have to show her.

You need a government hospital in rural places, Private hospitals can't sustain in rural setting, we have private clinics and one government hospital in our Village

There are many private hospitals in a town which is 13km from our Village and district has many private hospitals

All rich people, Doctors drive audis and BMWs

She will stay away once she gets to know about Patralekha and his wedding. If she joins 1 and 1, she Will know Virat has married. Identify of wife will be another revelation for her

They could have shown Sai performing a C-section in her clinic, we don't need to watch it just know that she is doing something inside

When she can perform such difficult delivery at home then why do they need a hospital?

When an MLA is there, he is not MLA of a village, he is MLA of a constituency, how can he get vote without proper healthcare system in place?

He is roaming around Sai as if he has no other work, if Kankavli is a village, he wouldn't really care about it, right now

He'd spend more time in a place where there are more infrastructure projects so he can take make money from theka
