Then Sai shall file a court case and also get a restraining order. At such young age, custody is given to the mother only. Don't think virat will go to the extent of snatching savi. He has done previously but now after marrying p no way.

Sai has more rights on Savi as she is the mother and also Savi’s father has married some other woman now. Courts will never allow custody of a minor child to a step mother when real mother is there. But they can definitely try to prove Sai as a bad/incompetent mother to win the custody case. Promo suggests that Savi will go to Virat and Pakhi for sometime atleast :( . Yes they may copy KD there where RK tried to keep the girl for sometime..but the family was on emon s side. Here noone s on Sai s side. Those 2 may take her out n car, she may try to sleep with dad n Sairat room etc . Such small things.

Dont know how it happened exactly n KD.

Dont think they will show any court here.

Rono was Emon's husband then.

Later savi may see vinu get close to Sai , get jealous and come back.

But still lot of time s there for that.

They have not met also yet .

The first part of promo also shows that for Vinu s pain/ calling or something she will go to CN.

yeah if Pakhi doesnot know anything about Vinu’s real parentage and she adopted him with genuine feelings , then ethically there is no way Sai can claim her rights on Vinu, as Pakhi and Virat has raised him . I think makers are keeping both ways open and will change the storyline according to trps. They are showing Pakhi taking medicines, that means they might show her suffering some life threatening illness and she will reunite Sai and Virat in the end. Otherwise they might show that she brought Vinayak home and hid his identity to marry Virat, in that case Sai will barge into the house and take both her kids with her.

Even if pakhi adopted him with genuine feelings, then too sai has all the rights on vinu because he's her legal kid and the mother is alive. Plus the father has married someone else.

No KD had different plot then, emon was working girl very small and RK was in depression.

If pp adopted Vinu with no idea who he is- then she could have chosen to be single parent. V could still be involved as kaka. Or she could have let V adopt and remain as kaki.

If pp knew Vinu is the real Vinu but she didn't reveal that , then she's done one more criminal act of making a kid with biological relationships into one that is "adopted" on paper. If Vinu is real Vinu then she cannot snatch the rights of Sai as mother even if she is dead. She could have been kaki to the kid and a mother figure still.

There's absolutely no justification for a kid to come into a huge joint family and need to be lied to about having both a mom and dad. Its so crass that they decided to get V- pp married despite knowing her intentions and history. She cheated Sam throughout by lusting after V and was wronging Sai for years culminating in Sai/Vinu presumed death, yet everything has been wiped away. And she has been married to V for sometime so its not even like it took 5-7 years of her dedication to CN that made everyone melt and now propose her marriage to V. They forgave her, accepted her and got her married to V without any punishment. And not one of them blamed her for Sai-Vinu death. Rather they blame Sai and they haven't even honored her memory by keeping a single photo of her in that house. How disrespectful. Sam , MB ki photo hai but every CN has had their lives changed for good by Sai and they couldn't even hang her garlanded tasveer.
