Yeah, plus birla's weren't exactly interested in an investigation and neither were police investigating anything, instead it was all about punishing kairav just on the assumption that anisha committed suicide because he broker off the marriage with her, but no investigation or consideration into why kairav broke the marriage suddenly or whether he had a reason for it or give a chance to investigate the matter to find proof of anisha affair. If the matter had been properly investigated they would have definitely found some evidence of anisha's affair. This is not how law works in real life. A fair investigation and trial is always given to the accused.

Instead of bringing in the cucumbers they could have showed Akshara helping Kv escape. Because that is the story - Ak bends the law to help a panic stricken Kv hide from the police. True that. There was no evidence against kairav . Weddings break frequently , all grooms and brides don't jump off from he building . He could have easily gotten bail . Bas for the sake of it they drag the stupidity
