The upcoming big BW movies might be too awful that BW fears KRK might have field days mocking them.

KRK is pond scum and lowest of the lows. But if this is really the reason then it’s a pretty stupid to waste law enforcement resources arresting someone for their just being a DB.

WOW....I want to be happy because its KRK but I can't ....its pathetic if critics(even if they are low lives) and journalists and people are put in jail for their opinions....😳

Apparently an FIR was filed against him at the time but since he wasn’t living in India nothing came of it. I’m not sure what the actual procedure is for an FIR and what his arrest means. But arresting someone for a tweet is stupid, even if it is KRK.

While we mass censure someone we usually remember the wrongs that person did to me. So you can guess who is behind this.

KRK is a scum, but not a criminal. He can say whatever he wants to say on his SM account, if it breaks the platform's rules they can easily ban him, but they can't arrest him. Unless his posts had broken a law of any country. And arresting him for that tweet is unreasonable.

Put him in jail for him being an extortionist, but a disrespecting tweet is a lame reason to arrest someone.

A tweet of 2020 and now they arrest him 🤦🏽‍♀️

It took them 2 years to arrest him for a tweet…was he hiding?

The FIR was lodged by a member of Yuva Sena(youth wing of Shiv Sena) in 2020, when KRK made a tweet about Rishi Kapoor and Irfan Khan. Which is a silly reason in itself. But he isn't arrested for criticising government, I mean why would he be arrested for criticising government, when he is spending most of the time sucking upto the right wing trolls of Twitter.

Also this is nothing unusual but our constitution and it's lack of freedom of speech, which results in anyone able to lodge any complaint for any opinion they feel isn't correct.
