I think Mouny roy is dragon in this movie.. That's how he might have named it Dragon.. Otherwise I don't see any other reason 😆

Man, my excitement for this movie is going down by the days.

The promotions are dogshit for this movie.

I dont understand the promotions tbh, they are heavily promoting the movie in the South by getting stars like rajamouli and jnr ntr to promote it, but overall the promotions have been very low key. They have mostly been doing interviews over zoom and they recently went to IIT which again was a low key event.

I think Big B being upset has kind of rattled the team, I dont think they expected him to be this upset, his name was something they depended on to promote the film

There's nothing called Nandi Astra or Vanar Astra. You have Brahmastra, Pashupata-astra, Narayanastra, Vasavi Shakti, Vaishnava-astra, Bhargava-astra, Indra-astra, Agneya-astra, Varuna-astra, etc.

This is what happens when people with zero knowledge of Hinduism attempt to make a movie based on Hindu symbols.

I don’t think so. Big B is a big name (no pun intended) but he hasn’t been a crowd puller in ages. I think Shamshera flopping and LSC opening so low is what has them rattled. I think they always knew this movie probably won’t recover it’s budget but they probably were counting on a big opening weekend or at least a big opening day to have some bragging rights. But even that’s looking shaky now. I think that’s why they are using Rajmouli and Ntr Jr. for promotion hoping for some crowds down south that way at least they’ll have a decent pan Indian opening number.

And if I’m not mistaken this is being distributed by Disney so KJo can’t even make it a logistical hit like ADHM by selling it to distributors for a low price 🤷🏽‍♀️ Oops.

@bold: That actually does even make sense when the original name of the movie was Dragon. Rumi never wrote about Dragons or mythology AFAIK. Rumi was just male lead's name I believe.

That gems of bollywood twitter account spearheading the BW Boycott trends dug up Ayan's post about Rumi. Now spreading misinformation the characters are inspired and named after the real Rumi. I don't even follow that account but twitter alogrithm is suggesting tweets from that account every time I open twitter.
