Ayesha's words made him stay...hahaha...I love how Basit wants to look at Ayesha and at the same time feels hesitant and shy (18 yr old virgin kya, he behaves like a girl raised in a nunnery) 🤪

Hassan from Something Haute felt things could have led somewhere post-balm scene had the envelope not come in the way šŸ˜†

yeah you are right ....he is so shy . Jabki itna Alpha banta hai bahar, Instead , it's Ayesha who seems to be in want of a physical relationship ......it's my pov ā˜ŗļø

These dynamics regarding their sexual tension is so nuanced , the credit should go to both of them and the director .

And no one is talking about chin holding scene - i am surprised 😯 . It was so intense and swoon-worthy . May be not in a romantic way , but was still powerful .

I may be in minority here . But the slap scene has a great significance . Like plz don't take me wrong here . Coz , Basit sees her as his own that's why reflexively he raised his hand . He wouldn't have done it if there was no sense of some connect to Ayesha . Basit Salman Khan likes her , has accepted her as his wife ....And he has a sense of ownership over her .

And , was literally taken aback from the thought of divorcing her . It would have been worse , had he not given any kind of response . It meant he cares , Cares enough to feel raged over being separated from her

I think Ayesha might desire intimacy...though in what form perhaps she too doesn't know. At this point, she will not welcome physical intimacy from Basit's end either since she is not sure how he feels about her. She did run away from whatever had suddenly bloomed between them in that balm scene. It was Basit rather who had held on to her hand. The nuances of their relationship and the progress truly is breathtaking.

But I do not think we should think of a man raising his hand on his wife as a sign of him showing some sort of ownership. First of all she is not a toy or a thing for him to own. I really hate it when a man calls the woman he loves "keemti cheez"...boy, she ain't no "cheez"! His hand raising actually came from a place of anger. Divorce is a trigger factor for him. He lost it at that moment. And at this point even from Basit's end, he is not really comfortable with the idea of what being married means. But his outburst showed one thing (at least to Ayesha, we knew from his earlier statement to fahad) that whatever reasons they might have gotten married, he was sincere about trying to maintain it. His losing his temper was less about Ayesha and more about his past trauma.

And Ayesha is such a beautiful girl , how can Basit not want to consumate his marriage !!!!!!!!!!

Oh well ! They are sharing the room means they might have consummated ...in paki dramas sharing the room means just that . There won't be a separate scene or event for it . They avoid the talk of sex/consummation like rabies šŸ˜† Hand holding , sharing the room means ayesha can get the news any moment (obviously she will get it later , coz their story is to be developed)

Abhi these shows r very modern , compared to what I've seen in the past..Kashaf and zaroon were not on talking terms when she announced pregnancy ..the couple is fighting , the hero or heroine don't love their spouse and they can't stand their faces ,forced marriage , majboori marriage , still the heroine gets pregnant šŸ˜†

Ps arre I remember this show pyar ke sadqay,, the leads have low IQ , Buddhu hain dono but still she gets pregnant in the end, and we were like how when where 🤣

Chin holding for me means just this..he wanted her to look into his eyes and tell him what she was about to say..

And raising his hand, well , raising the hand is an expression of anger / disgust / frustration. However wrong it is, sometimes we can't control our emotions ..basit lost it when ayesha wasn't ready to listen . He raised his voice when she showed her stubbornness on doing the job .

See ayeshas concerns r right . Her complaints r coming from the right place but her conclusions are wrong ... Basit is not treating her as his loving wife , that doesn't mean he wants to divorce her and he used her to get his inheritance..its a big allegation... .he has explained it to her once , he need not do it everyday , what else does "give me sometime to accept all this " means ? If they were calmly talking abt it and ayesha said the said dialogue , he may have reacted calmly too.

What matters to me is that he stopped himself , he regrets it , he knew ayesha is mad on him for this that's why she didn't want to come back , that's why he almost emotionally blackmail her through her mom to come bk with him , her dialogue "aise nibhate hain rishta " hit him hard ...again when she cried , he couldn't bear it ...he was sorry for what he did and he said so..baat khatam ho gayi..it has nothing to do with abuse or domestic violence. It's only my opinion. No offense to anyone to doesn't agree.

yes even , i was like yeh kab hua in that show . šŸ˜…šŸ˜…šŸ˜…šŸ˜…, I was also surprised during her pregnancy in pyar ke sadqae . Yaar thoda hint to de Dena chahiye . Screen blurring bhi chala lenge 🤧 . Coz it's such a huge step in a relationship . More than any development , it's the crucial one . Chhodo , i know we won't even get hint . So ,,,,, thik hai chalta hai

Thank you so much for posting this. It’s beautiful. It’s now getting tougher to wait for a week. The actors have hit it out of the work and the subtle slow burn story is magical.

I am so grateful to the person who uploaded it on to youtube!

And as for the week long wait....I know!!! At least this week we got two episodes and that provided us with more stuff to go over in our heads and daydream about... but that measly 40 mins is too little!! Leaves us wanting more! And the week ahead stretches out like torture....
