I find your theory plausible...

But I dont get why would Sai and V stop looking for Vinu/ Sai without finding the evidence otherwise.

It doesnt fit the character.

NB as an actor was not good on the accident site. But V as character is looking for both Sai and Vinu. He has to. Gussa bhi hoga to bhi aisa thode hi hai ki vo Sai ko search nahi karega? They cannot show him indifferent to the fact whether she is alive or dead. Itna to nahi girayenge usko yaar.

Similarly, if he searches for her the doctor can confirm that there was a lady who asked for Vinayak and she is alive as well.

I am rooting for memory loss now, more than ever. Like I mentioned to you previously, BALH 1 Priya only remembered her daughter when she lost her memory.

Similarly, Sai might remember only Vinu since she was so attached to him but nothing else, maybe not her name either. They can show it as mothers love. And because she doesnt remember anything else, she wont know the father of the child in her womb or where to look for Vinu and hence having lost him stays in some other place.

Yes... she was definitely mindful of that.

They are trying very hard to show that she has changed.

I will only believe it on seeing her reaction to Sai's death, how she treats Vinu and her response to the fact that Sai is alive.

Because lets face it, even if she has changed now, with Sai gone and Sam non existent, how is it logically possible that she wont rekindle her feelings for V? and that she does not feel threatened by Sai's presence when she is back?

i find this to be the most logical .. Sai will go searching for vinu.. she will assume him to be dead .. .. Virat in the meanwhile will find vinu .. anybody can find a baby hanging some where . He will see something like Sai .. in the dead bodies and will assume her dead ..

I don’t want Sai going back to virat without vinu .. she will be crucified.,
