yeah his change was sudden but like sid said girish is in the age to become umpire and he was batting and sidmi team needed the umpire so they got it . Girish was soft on mithai at the time of karishma engagement because she was trying to fill the gap between him and sid , so the moment he got betrayed his realisation came

it was not one chakkar but mithai choosing to save his life instead of property did the trick
