There is an interesting way to explore this with an emotional angle too. Maybe after his mother got wheelchair-ridden and father passed away, he may have possibly become a child actor to finance the expenses, and been homeschooled on set or left school completely, so his grasp of Hindi may be limited to what was discussed there or was required. This can be a track that can have Indu and Zoon in the front, teaching him all that he lost out on in his struggles to become Ritesh Malhotra, the superstar.
