My mother watches the show and this thing irks me a lot about these female characters. Why do these people love torturing them? What’s so great about it? Are these female leads supposed to be inspired from? Or do we have to feel sorry for them all the time? It’s sad to watch in today’s era the female characters still being treated as doormats in these shows. Swaran is lovable and a great human being but is it too much to expect from her to grow a spine and tell people off every once in a while? This serial goes too overdramatic at times. Like literally every second person in that show treats her like garbage and she lets herself get treated like that. It’s ridiculous to watch. Though she has started becoming a little strong but she need not take such sh*t from everyone all the time. Even her samdhan treats her like crap, I mean it’s a little unrealistic. Why would she take such crap from her samdhan too? I seriously hope she becomes more independent and I am sure her husband wanted the exact same thing,she needs to respect herself first and not be so forgiving all the time. Women have come a long way and I hope they stop showing their FLs as these abla naris who only know how to sacrifice and har wakt tasue bahana is not cool. Character development is lacking. Too much negativity in the show. And I might as well add that I love Hiten ❤️ Would love to see his pairing with Swaran, let Ajit remain a friend only please
