@bold I know...being a girl with a strong moral compass is good but at times the things she does make her seem like a goody two shoes like in this case of zafri. That show is good in the way it not for one moment tries to show there is love on the part of Rana for Adeel. It is impossible for her to fall for him but on his part, he grows up and realises his mistakes towards the end. But his realisation is not rewarded by him winning the girl back. Which gives out a good message on toxic relationships.

Khaani is actually a guilty pleasure for me...I keep watching those scenes where Khaani rips him apart. I have said this before but Feroze does look like a snake in that show. The scene where he comes with his mother to propose marriage, when she asks him to get up and get out, the way he gets up is exactly like a snake being charmed by a snake charmer. But all this time I used to think it was just Feroze putting on a thick attitude and that style and attitude is what made the character click on screen.

In Habs, I have finally realised how great an actor he is. Those transitions and the voice modulation...ouff! In terms of body language, adeel kamala, mir haadi and basit salman are completely different people, leave alone everything else. Waiting for another 7 days ☢️

I totally understand! In fact today I had a nap after lunch since it is a holiday and dreamt that the 13th episode had aired 😆

Also dreamt that somehow I had come to the sets of Habs but the one person I really wanted to see did not appear in my dream.🥺

Yes. I wish I would have known about Habs after it’s done. All episodes would have been watched in a row. Now wait karna hoga.
do we know how many total episodes will be there?
so if it’s a moharam new episodes do not air ?

Actually I am liking these fan discussions...I generally do watch Pakistani dramas only once they have aired completely since I get to know of them late. But if you watch it once the full drama has been aired, then you don't get to have the fun we get from these forum discussions.

For Muharram, I am guessing the channel will be airing special programs so no drama telecast for this evening. MadhuiLove says this has happened once already with Habs and this is the second time...perhaps Tuesdays this year are a bit packed.

Gul E Rana is a must watch just to appreciate the actor Feroze Khan, an out and out borderline negative role with so much swag and unapologetic aura, I don’t think so any actor would’ve carried it so well.

Feroze is the only actor who compels his audience to watch his both toxic and non toxic shows with the same approach I think, mostly as an actor he’s shining, however writers don’t do justice to the actor he’s, that’s what I felt in many of his shows. But there’s a reason he’s the numero uno now, he has worked hard for it, and every show of his counts, Khaani is special but all his characters are equally challenging, I don’t think so he’s ever done a show where he’s not the focus or the central point of the plot, that again makes me say he definitely puts a lot of thought on the bigger message of his characters.

I knowwww!! It is very hard on us!! Also what with netflix format of binge-watching shows or even the Indian format of getting to see something through the week, our viewing experience has also changed and hence this feels more of a torture.. but then we can console ourselves saying that we have had to go through so much of emotional strife for the shows we were fans of 🤪

Yes no question about that. Whenever he comes on screen, you feel compelled to watch him.
