However experience is - in fact - a point to do a comparison.

Personally, I don't find it a good move to subject newcomers to be compared to other (more experienced) actors/actresses by casting them in a remake.

The habit of remaking movies already made in the same country seems to be "a thing" in Indian cinema...

We can compare Jhanvi to Nayantara when she was starting out. I think you'll see the difference.
