No idea if the person narrating the story in the comments is saying the truth or not. According to this person the real life shamsher at one point in the story was told that Mehak died. But there was no angle of his father trying to kill her. Later he discovers her and forcefully married her just like how it is proceeding in the story.
In my opinion what Radain has done is, he has taken the outline of the story, the basic premise of what all happened and the main characters as it all were in real. To this he has added characters and sub plots to make it a masala story.
Thats the thing a lot of people don't understand...being rich and influential lets you get away with so much.
Yes thats exactly waht Radain has done. I guess what they also did is find out what happened to them and have tried to keep the ending very close to the original.
And Shamsher toh I think is very much toned down...real wala must have been insanely crazy.
