He would be better satisfied if her believes break and she hands him the dhaba herself instead of simply snatching it. Darji giving an earful to Chimmi was music but he was too soft in his scolding i would have liked to listen to that some more. So this is the reason they were keeping him as a backup to Ginni instead of being there to support her.
