It is because of Eid special programming.

How is the drama? TV one sometimes broadcast good drama

Watched the first five episodes. Really liked the way the story has shaped up so far. All the characters are quite intriguing, layered and grey. I really like Rohi's character. What a woman! So far, in each and every scene she stands out! The fact that she is truly committed to improving the lives of the people of her land as well as the land itself has been firmly established.

Sikandar, I am not a big fan of. Even if he is a misled kid, he is too much of a spoilt brat to appreciate. The way he behaves with Rohi is such an eyesore, especially when seen in contrast with the way he behaves with the servants and of course Shah Alam. He does not have the depth to understand Rohi. In the episodes I have seen, Rohi sees him more like a sparkling pebble that is interesting but she in no way is in love with him. But I am guessing she will slowly develop a soft corner for him. Urghhh... I am not a fan of the idea of Rohi in love with "foreign returned bland as English milk tea" Sikandar. She is made for bigger things.

As for Gardezi saab, oh my god! Of course, he is a completely corrupt feudal lord with a very sharp eye for profit. He in no way is likeable at the moment. But what presence. Zahid as usual gives such an explosive performance and when Rohi and Gardezi finally meet, what a bang that was!! The fact her words and actions have ruffled him to the core was such a pleasure to watch. So looking forward to more of their scenes together.

Special mention must be made for Gardezi's response to Sikandar's arrogant comment about how people of this land like to talk in abstraction!

"By appearance, you seem to look like people of this land."

Anyway, Gardezi went out hunting and returned being hunted. I can't wait for Rohi to set him straight.

Another few episodes and am really annoyed with this drama. By the 7th episode was skipping all of the Sikandar-Nawab Feroze drama and that is like 85% of the show. Can't believe how shoddily the whole transformation of Gardezi was handled. Like such a corrupt-minded man just changed overnight?? He did not even try to fight his changing sentiments. That just made the whole story suddenly fall flat. Really had been hoping to see the clash between Gardezi and Rohi. The whole extra and totally unnecessary Sikandar drama took away screen time and attention from the actual interesting part of the drama. How did Gardezi change from wanting to kill this woman to wanting to help her in achieving what she wants? Was just the knowledge that she was Malook Shah's daughter enough to make him question everything he has done all these years? So was it simply that he took her opinions seriously because he sees she is a blueblood aristocrat like himself? Urghhhh....what a waste! Such amazing locations, such a great concept---helping to save the environment, such a brilliant cast-- Zahid-Sonya. And the makers totally ruined it.

I dunno why of all shows I picked this one..epi 11 played ainvayi and I kind of liked it..then I saw epi 1 ..the visuals r amazing . I dun remember bawalpur being shown so nicely in kam3 also ..here every scene is visually appealing . Let's see how the remaining epis r..the starcast is really good and the story is different.

It's interesting definitely. The dynamics between the characters is good. I am on epi 3 but I like all of them so far. Sonya, Zahid and the guy who plays sikandar. Plus the supporting cast..I am a fan of samiya since meri zaat.

If anyone has seen this show , what's the deal with sher Alam? Is he sikandars father somehow ? 🤔

Heard Zahid Ahmed got kicked out of the green tv drama " the idiot" and ahmed ali akbar replaced him? True?

It kind of derails after epi 7 when sikandars father makes an entry ..I have yet to watch it from epi 8 but till this point it was interesting ..after that it's ur best guess who is good and who is bad and who is pretending to be good and bad 😆 Sikandar who was good uptil now starts getting shady and gardazi who was corrupt manipulative suddenly takes a u turn n turns people's friendly politician after he meets romi..sikandars dad is a mystery . Like a stupid vamp he is plotting around.

I like the theme coz it's realistic . Only someone with full resources and money can make a diff to the environment .. ..Sonya s character is really good ..fierce, independent , intelligent, focused..Zahid acting wise is really good. Almas (samiya ) is good but they need to hurry up her past flashbacks..I liked sikandar uptil now but he needs to have some meat in his character ..its a normal foreign returned guy who falls in love with this girl n there is nothing more to him than this..
