Even i didn't watch the episode, but according to a clip before V could respond, Sai came and hugged her and said ab jab apko Sam ki yaad aaye toh mujh bulana I'll come

Happened few days back...

Pakhi says she is missing Samrat and can she hug him ? Virat says dekho.....and Sai comes in between & hugs Pakhi. After Pakhi leaves Sai tells Virat that her motive in becoming surrogate was to get close to Virat - Virat scoffs at Sai's allegation. 🤔
