The little men are recovering well, looks like the spots are scabbing over, which means they stop being contagious, by end of the week hoping to be able go out and about again!

Agar Kunal Manju ka majnu hai and being separated from her is the reason he gave up being a surgeon then he is out of touch for more than 30 years.

Second idea is very possible- something about Abhira reminds him of his own love and 💥 boom he agrees to operate.
