If Anisha gets surgeon to take up Abhi’s case, we audience will love the new Anisha and welcome her. Two birds with one stone - 1. Abhi’s hand gets fixed and then Akshara eases him back to regaining his confidence 2. They get audiences to accept Anisha character with this spin in the story!

If yeh surgeon is in fact that ramta jogi that I don’t think just witnessing Abhira fight/love will be enough to bring him back into the game. Like anand said today, “ it takes something very big for a surgeon to quit surgery and it will take something bigger for a surgeon to make him decide to come back to it” .

What if … he quit surgery because he lost someone very close to him due to a silly mistake and hence he is not able to forgive himself And he has PTSD that akshu will cure

If they join Ani with Kunal that way in story it's good plot too. Kv Anisha and Kunal triangle love story and abhira will be happy .
