My conjecture is yes patralekha will give birth

and Sai will lose this kid .. whether virat will also lose needs to be seen .. but chances are even he will lose the kid ..

by the time the couple will get back the girl child ., it will be an uphill task for them to bring the child to right path . I feel they may get back the child as a rebellious teenager ..Ayesha might play this role also .. or they can get a young girl like avneet Kaur .. or someone .. pakhi will Influence her against Sai . We will get Sai vs her daughter .
Anupama vs her daughter pakhi is a super hit track and this gets repeated again n again. ..

Finally daughter becoming alright .. and time for next generation.
