I think both Bilal and Usama started off at the same time. Might be just 1 or 2 years different. They both don't have any industry background either. Bilal was very lucky that he got noticed for his acting skills from the start itself and made it big in a short time. Bilal does have natural talent. Usama on the other hand learnt after working continuously. He still isn't as polished as Bilal.
I think Bilal didn't had an idea about how far it will go as he never got into any controversy before. He also didn't seems to have knowledge about how toxic the fans of him, ahad and ramsha's are.
I think most pak actors don't know how to handle media and it's not just Bilal or Usama or ahad. Most of them don't seems to have PR to handle the media which we see with Bollywood Hollywood Korean industries. Koreans actors have agencies to put up an image of them, get them suitable projects and handle the media and their social media. Pak industry is comparitively very small.
