I am a telugu. :) I didnt watch the original but telugu remake of it.

Pakhi will die with delivery complications, Bhavani dies with Heart Attack and Orthodox brainless V will go mad leaving Sai with child. Then at least rest of the people including Sai can live happily for the rest of the life
