Came across clips in Twitter....she wore same saree on live which was three days before and yesterday mandir scene they shot before Saturday...I think they are cutting down majority of scenes

HCG is the hormone produced by the placenta to prepare the uterus for protection and growth of the embryo. In normal conception it happens on its own. For IVF or surrogacy, it has to be injected into the body at regular intervals, and i suppose till first trimester.

The home pregnancy test kit (preganews) wali... Also detects the presence of same hormone and gives positive result if pregnant.

No, they're not really cutting down the scenes. They're just shooting 1 episode in a week and don't have a proper script or story Ready.
