And this is the only show that has the distinction of me missing a cricket match due to tv show. I never miss cricket. I can skip other things but not cricket. I have skipped school, college, work, household work, family Gatherings, friends reunion, meetings, vacations, even a random exam (peer pressure exam, every one was trying so I too filled it, Didn't sit because of cricket🤣). I have even stayed hungry once because of cricket. Because mom said 'humlog khana kha kar aayenge, phir kuch banega nahin, apna arrangement khud karna'. That's when I had to learn cooking for next time. Sep21-Jan22 my mom did a lot of trips and holidays and functions and weddings, I didn't go in a single one because how can I? Ipl + wc was there. Abhi RK and YMKNL will be skipped in a few days because WI tour matches start at 8 PM IST. 🤣😭
Cricket is best yaar! That 7th oct 2016 date bhi bohot ache se yaad hai mujhe was the only time I chose something else over cricket on TV, mujhe bohot ache se yaad tha that was BD vs ENG match in BD, it was ongoing and for one rare time I wanted BD to get all out quick so that I could watch last epi of EDKV at 10pm IST 🤣 BD did lost that match they could have won as they didnt have much runs left but collapsed and turns out they lose the series 1-2 🤡And also that match had another drama which I missed, Stokes vs Tamim and Buttler vs Mahmudullah’s fight 🤣
Irony how Tamim n Stokes just annouced retirement in one of the formats back to back days
Cricket ke liye I acted sick for a camp I was excited to attend as it was my first time camping, but I wanted to watch WC quarter finals 2015 BD vs IND😆 Then that time WC 2015 matches were in morning n I was at school i was in my 10th, I would go washroom n sneak to check the score, then rush home n watch 😆
Still now I adjust my schedule based on matches and when there is WC i try my best to not go school or work 🤣
To watch asia cup 2012 bd vs ind I even took the risk and went there even though I had two tests next day that will be accumulated to my final score. Turns out Sachin’s 100th 100, BD won and also I got As for both tests so it was win-win😆
