I think it's the way they are shot. Netflix or American shows shoot it like any other scene whereas Desi shows have a built up to that scene and are pretty raw as well.

Kdramas have kissing scenes but most of them are utterly boring and won't make you feel anything because they are shot like that. It's very technical and don't have much emotions or feel to it.

There is a lot of competeition in ptv industry plus big directors either go for new faces as male leads, or big or popular names. Soap actors are not in much demand due to getting typecasted as soap faces. Until.and unless ,you dont have extraordinary talent like Imran Ashraf, it is very difficult to go from supporting roles to lead roles. Wahaj is far better in acting than usama but the guy literally struggled like anything. Even zahid is not getting good projects despite masterpiece like Ishq Zahe naseeb.

Usama needs a very solid exposure which he already got from asa but as a soap actor. He needs one solid drama to click to the audience be it lead or even parallel lead like Arsalan in chupke chupke and he might be there as lead doing big projects

Yes. It is a very tough competition for male leads. Well. Now I am convinced that if Usama keeps doing daily soaps as lead this means he is a successfull actor. These days daily soaps are popular among viewers.😃

Nancy is pretty useful and she is a badass. Mike also have an important role as he has this emotional connection with el. Jonathan literally brings nothing. In S4 his only job was to drive around Mike and will. His long haired friend was more useful.

I never liked Vivian. He can't act and i don't find him good looking either. His best performance was pyek because he didn't had to emote as he was a vampire 🤣

I remember rithvik was in that show as well and it was a mix of the vampire diaries and Twilight.

Honestly I don't like Nancy or even like they both can die for me if it is for keeping Steve alive I don't want her to be with Steve again she is confused Steve deserve someone better
