My skin care routine: Getting scratched by my daughter's tiny yet shark teeth like nails in my face.

My hair care routine: Getting a bit bald everyday as my daughter pulls my hair like an elastic.

Skin Care

I have oily skin previously prone to acne. Now I have occasional breakouts. There have been some fab Indian brands like TheDermaCo, The Minimalist and Plum that have worked wonders for me. Alternatively you can use pharmaceutical products too, they are even more cheaper and as effective as the brands.

Morning:

Salicylic Acid Face wash

Astringent only on breakouts (if any)

Vitamin C serum

Hyaluronic Acid moisturizer

Sunscreen with at least SPF 50

Night

Double Cleanse with Micellar Water and then Salicylic Acid Face Wash

Niacinamide Serum

Retinol Serum on alternate days

Coffee Drops by The Ordinary (the only imported product I use) for dark circles and lids.

Ceramide Moisturiser

For self-care:

Ubtan face pack

AHA BHA Peeling Solution (but don't start using retinol immediately. Instead just apply Ceramide cream or Aloe gel after washing it off)

Any sheet masks for quick fixes

Additionally:

Work Out at least 4-5 times a week to flush out toxins from your body

Eat homemade food, even if you're craving pizza or butter chicken try making it at home. Lesser calories and its healthier.

Drink lots of water. Sounds like a cliche but works wonders. Just don't expect it to work for you if you aren't taking care of yourself otherwise. There's only so much water can do 😆

Eating fish for good hair and drinking water for clear skin.

Apart from that i believe in scrubbing and exfoliating to get rid of dirt. Plus weekly oil champi and shampoo.

Hair Care: sulphate and silicone free products. I triple condition with conditioner, hair mask and leave on oil replacement( I have really dry hair) and follow it up by a silicone free natural hair serum. My hair has never been better. No hairfall, no frizz and it’s growing like crazy. Also regular trims every month.

Skin Care: Day time very simple gentle cleanser( sulphate free), ceramide And hyaluronic acid moisturiser followed by SPF 50

Night time; Double cleanse with micellar water and same cleanser. Aha/Bha toner once or twice a week, Niacinamide serum on regular nights, Bakuchiol serum once a week (anti ageing) followed up by the same moisturiser and lip mask.

My favourite topic.

So i am big skincare junkie specially korean one's.

So first thing first for my morning i just go for basic few steps.

1. Good Facewash / Foaming Cleanser - I use Soap and Glory Vitamin C wash or Body Shop Tea Tree Oil ( Tea tree does wonders to my acne prone skin)

2. I go for Niacinamide or sometimes good bee propolis serum. Usually skip this step due to laziness.

3. Good moisturiser - Deep Sea Pure Water Cream

4. Sunblock

5. A little tint on my lips or sometimes a good lip plumping balm.

Night routine.

1. I double cleanse with balm and gel cleanser.

2. Sometimes use pixi glowtonic or Paulas BHA toner. Believe me guys use any of these two twice a week and wake up with plump , hydrated and glowing skin. Paulas BHA is a tad bit better then pixi but expensive as well.

3. Cosrx Propolis toner

4. Propolis Serum / Retinol / Vitamin C serum / Niacinamide whatever i am in the mood for.

5. Moisturiser

6. Eye cream

7. Lip balm

I built this skincare routine for me through out years. My skin is AMAZING . Dont need makeup anymore.

Reviews please for the bold. I have heard it does nothing. I suffer from darkcircles the only thing that is not improving in my skin. I want to quit concealors as well

I like it how she doesn’t follow other actresses going to gyms and getting photographed. She keeps it simple at home...
