PD is a good choreographer, but dance means expression (abhinaya)+ movement

he is not an actor, it is movement

watch actors doing his choreography, like a hrithik in main aisa kyon hoon or sai pallavi dhanush in rowdy baby for their expressions according to the songs

allu and madhuri are both almost equal but madhuri gets ahead bcause she is classically trained (kathak)

a classically trained dancer will always clearer hand movements, body posture

even in the naatu song, both dance well but ntr has proper hand movements, closing of palm etc when you notice closely

dance is not just who dances faster

katrina shouldnt be in this list

Kat does acrobatics. She's the least graceful dancer ever. Have her do a nazakat vali dance and you'll see how easily she disintegrates.

The only reason Madhuri is ahead of Alu Arjun is because I have seen more of her dances than Alu Arjun’s.

Also, vcs17 makes an interesting point about expressions and hand movements. But as someone who doesn’t always notice these things (read: rarely notices these things 🤦🏽‍♀️) I’m voting based on who’s body movements seems more pleasing to me.

I have learnt classical so I notice but everyone notices it subconsciously.

when sridevi dances to hawa hawai (its comic), katte nahin (sensous) or naagina (fierce)

similarly for madhuri, dhak dhak vs devdas vs que sera

it is not just the movement (steps) but the expressions according to the lyrics which we connect to

katrina looks the same hot in all songs, same expression and does the steps
