I feel he will pitch neil for CEO and make him a puppet CEO with actual powers with him.I think harsh will initially befriend neil to be close to hospital administration but eventually he will start liking neil and appreciating him for his management and admin skills.

I am telling that only from the very beginning. Plus, abhi has always said that he got into this profession to help people/ to serve people. So technically, his passion is helping people which he can do even as a clinician. I understand he might be frustrated thinking that he cannot do much for people when he is capable of doing more .He is a doctor, a surgeon. If his hands are unsteady he can still consult with patients and prescribe meds right? Not all doctors are surgeons.
What I am saying is that todays scenes gave me foreshadowing vibes. And I don’t trust makers to think logically and show abhi as practicing as a cardiologist and not as a surgeon
