They already knew the lead's chemistry is working and they extended the show to add more Naima naagin and muktar house drama and sufi saabun. Didn't get much importance to developing the lead's character or love story.

Don't expect pak dramas to add more romance b/w the leads. It's forbidden in pak dramas.

If there is a ASA S2 i want it to have a fresh story with usmol as leads and haters to lovers troop. No continuation of this one.

Romance can be there without physical intimacy. And there are many other ways to add romantic scenes. Romance is not forbidden in Pak dramas bus there are limits. And i believe if writer want he/she can create magic between leads within those boundaries as well.

Pak dramas are progressive but just few of them.

Good progressive pak dramas come once or twice an year. The rest literally looks like they want to give itv a run for their money.

Also those dramas might be on serious topics that will only appeal to class audience and not to the masses.

Kdrama is the only industry that is attracting all kind of audiences through their content. They release literally every genre dramas every year.

Exactly and i heard the same thing for mere humsafar. Both the dramas became popular solely for the leads and both the makers are giving them the least amount of screentime and maximum screentime to the villains.

What is wrong with ARY?

To be honest, they did not even have to come up something new to show the development between Ushroz. They could have taken the typical way.

They had set a decent premise. They could have continued like that.

First and foremost, they should have casted a better and younger actor for Sufiyan ( like Daniyal Afzal, or Adeel Chaudhary, or any decent soap actor as off course, we cant expect big names as villain when Usama is himself not a big name. There was no need for Hujaifa and his family in the story. They could have given Hujaifa's shades to Sufiyan anf worked on his characteristics to make him a proper villain along with his parents. Now, They could have kept Naima positive and played a cupid between Ushroz. Now, coming to Ushroz, there could have been a proper slow burn between them. There was no need to make them fall in love just after Nikah..They could have continued with their banters hating each other . They could have delayed that adoption truth for later. I wanted to see more of Zainab and Shehroz's bonding. I wanted to see Naima and Zainab coming closer as friends. I wanted to see Wahab and Shehroz coming closer because of Zainab and Ushna.. I wanted Ushna to explore her feelings for Shehroz. I wanted to see her confessing her love for him in front of Sufiyan and told him to back off.

They could have explored so much even if it was a soap. There was no point to show unnecessary stuff. Even the small family talks on dining table could have done wonders. Life and Relationship talks between Shehroz and Zainab time to time could have brought the change. How i wanted to see Ushna getting closer to Naima and Shehroz to Zainab than even to their own moms. We could have seen something different. How Shehroz could have encouraged Ushna to go for higher studies and they all could have cherished her success as a family.

How they could have focussed on Zainab and Naima talking about Ushna and Shehroz and teasing them time to time for their fights and their new love development..Why no positive things in shows. Why only planning and plotting is being shown .Small small things can do wonders. They dont have to write anything extraordinary. Just look at the beautiful aspects of life, and you will find umpteen things to show and fill the episodes. Alas!!

They are dramas ,not soaps. Is there any progressive soap with more than 50 episodes? I dont think Pak tv makers can handle a good content for more than 35 episodes at max.

I said that in a sarcastic way and by romance i didn't mean physical intimacy.

Suno chanda gave more than enough screentime to the leads along with other characters and there were enough nok jhok and romance b/w arsal and jiya with just 30-31 episodes. Here we got the leads together under one roof at episode 19-20 and still barely had 5-10mins screen time at max till date.

Zindagi Gulzar hai had romance and enough screentime for the leads even though there were episodes in between without a single scene of the leads together.

Humsafar had decent amount of romance.

Ishq jalebi also had decent amount of screentime for the leads if i remember correctly.

None of these dramas had physical intimacy.
