He did go against his mom seeing her flawed when she was talking about Ushna being dancer's daughter and he even gave good explanation to her defending Ushna. So he does have that rational mindset but gets blinded by his mother's hold on him?

difficult to explain but he does idolize her a bit too much. so yes, he is willing to push back against her when it doesn't suit him because he is not the quiet type personality. but at the same time, he has blinders on him. this means he sees what he wants to see. in his mind, his mom is lovely person who loves him and wants the best for him. this means that even when things are obviously off to other people like ushna and zainab, he will not accept.

anytime there is unhealhty idolization -- whether it is husband, children, job or whatever -- basicallly the balance is off. like you mentioned in your first post, the guy needs balance in his life. he was incredibly unhappy before when naima was the centre of his life to the exclusion of everyone else. as a result, he kept getting angry and was rather rude. that frustration went away some with ushna's entry into his life but it hasn't gone away in full.

everything has a place and that includes relationships. it is like sweet box, if it is has too many sweets of one flavour, then it is not necessarily good. but instead you give something namkeen (salty) along with sweet, then it is a better gift. but for that shehroze needs to make room in his heart -- it shouldn't be a naima vs ushna at all. instead, why not have room for all -- wahab, zainab, ushna and naima -- they are a family no?

Hala wasn’t doing anything at all but hamza was smitten by her. With Sameen he told his mother very clearly he only sees her as his friend nothing more and even Sofia said that if today Dadi says to Hamza marry Hala he will close his eyes and chadega ghodi. That night Hala was out the house. Then Raees got angry at SJ that it your stupidity that made Hala your DIL 😂😂😂😂😂

But funniest was when Khurram says in front of everyone if SJ has mental health issues that she creates stories in her head, that even she thought she was going crazy 😂😂😂😂😂
