Even wahaj Ali has very boyish looks. When i first saw him in ehd e wafa i though he was in his early 20s. He was the only one that was somewhat believable as a high schooler.

Yes I agree with Hamza’s looks he should have been working or even doing his PHD or something. He didn’t just finish his bachelor’s but then again they used to show hritik as a college kid at 30 😂😂

Actors in their early 30s as a college kid is still fine since most actors look younger than their age. Hrithik during k3g time was a young bwood actor and if i remember he went for higher studies to the UK like masters or something. Correct me if i am wrong.

It was more ridiculous when kjo cast siddhart and Varun with such bulked up bodies as high schoolers. Even American series does that. Even alia who was a teenager didn't look like a teenager in that movie😆. Kdramas most of the time does justice when casting actors close to the character's real age. Also most korean celebs look a decade younger than their actual age. Actors in their 20s can easily pass off as high schoolers.

Saw a new BTS post of Usama and anmol's geo show sitamsaar. It was a group scene and they were both standing in opposite corners 😔. She was standing next to mohsin and he was in with some other girl. I am already hating on that drama. I think they won't even have combination scenes.

Ewww why would they cast them with others yarrr hopefully after seeing the popularity they will shift 😆

I agree with you, it’s the mindset. In old days Prem Chopra was very handsome but he was a villain and hero used to be good, kind, nice guy and people loved that. As time passed I think trend started with SRK where he played a negative character with so much finesse people liked him over Sunny in Darr ( me included), and Deepak Tijori in Anjam. From an artistic perspective yes it gives more scope and is a difficult role to do compared to a good, nice, and kid hero.

With SRK his every negative character was punished and that was the right message. In real word a man dragging a woman and forcefully being married will not be revered. Here good looking guys do it so he should get the girl. That is such a dangerous message to pass.

In my opinion every actor who connects with mass has a moral obligation to make sure their every role also includes a message. I said yesterday that I hated Sami khan’s character in Dulhan where he married as a bet and then left her with his friend. I loved its ending where she did not forgive him. It was not a forgivable offence.

I think if they want to show such characters then give them growth. Here Shehroz the early version I would not want to be around him with a 10 foot pole, the current one - not for marriage. His mother is too toxic and can’t handle that. That’s why I appreciate his character because the character has grown for the better. He was horrible before and ignored his fiancée like anything but I liked how he asked Ushna that let’s go out - us and not with mum. I also liked how he thinks of her and not going mummy mummy all the time. That was annoying to watch.

I cannot watch KTK it’s too much for me. Deewangi was enough and Danish got just end - he played the role very very well but nope, not another similar role for me.

Even in MH everyone goes give me a Hamza without realising that he comes with a Shahjahan and he is not as good. He is foreign return and he is not getting his wife is severely abused, suffering from anxiety attacks, and shakes and cries all the time and he just leaves her alone with his mother.

I think as this generation is becoming more aware, they will eventually realise such things only look on screen as in real life it would be dangerous and scary.
