The parallel is between Abhimanyu and Kairav because it is Abhimanyu grabbing Kairav's collar. Akshu this time didn't side with Kairav she is angry at him.

Yes Mahima is plotting but Parth does not seem that interested the hospital. He wants to build his confidence but I don't think working for his parents is what he would do to build his confidence. His parents are super pushy and judgemental.

If anything it may bring Neil into the picture with him working in administration but not as CEO of course. He lacks the experience and we still don't know what he degree he earned. Harshvardhan could live through Neil as he works at the hospital.

I think it could be all 3 being pitted against each for rights on the hospital.
