These pictures are basically from the flashback. So, in order to make her look younger, they allegedly used some VFX. She looked fine in the remaining portions of the movie, where she had to look her age.

Sorry. Let’s not get carried away. Tabu was awesome for sure, but the movie was marketed as a “Kartik Aaryan” movie. Even Tabu didn’t attend any of the promotion and was barely on the poster. Kartik and the comedy is what brought the audience “to” the theatre. This is a fact.

Okay. But thats just you. Are you trying to tell me that all of the new-gen went to the theater for Tabu? You have to be more realistic than that. These are all frivolous comments.

Tabu acted very well and was a pillar in the movie. But nobody went to the theatre, TO SEE HER. Please name some movies released in the last 10 years that only had Tabu as a lead, where she is the central character (shown on the poster and trailer) and promoted as a "Tabu" film and generated box office revenue because Tabu was in the film.

Whether you all like Kartik or not, he is the most significant reason people went to see the film. Its the truth, and you can see it in the audience/crowd reactions.

I didn’t say tabu bought the audience to theatre, she was not even in the trailer that much ,forget promotions. Sure, KA deserves the credit for the opening and hype but a movie can’t sustain it’s business if the content is not that good in the long run. As an audience, unlike first part the comedy in the movie was disappointing..only started enjoying the movie once tabu entered in the frame. If not for her convincing portrayal of the double role , the movie didn’t have much to offer. Tabu’s acting saved the weak writing is my point.
