• Lungi hululu likes to play he absolute boss in his family. He was introduced as someone very traditional following chap, yeh sanskar, yeh seekh etc...n that his parents upon their death( kya khah ke paida kiya tha aise aulad ko? A whole book of expired n deviated etiquettes ?) gave him the heavy responsibility of 3 siblings. Thus his controlling streak started. He most probably married an illiterate(i so hate saying this) Sunandaji to raise his young siblings. He has a minimum respect for his lady. A commodity to him perhaps.
• In his spree to set ousool in his home, he chose the wives for his brothers. He admitted this himself at the time he was imposing Gungun's rishta to Anubhav. He chooses who will marry who. Sarpanch indeed.
• In his kingdom, nobody can do as they wish, even with their hard-earned salary. He has a strict control on their income, Golu needed to ask money from him to buy samoosas, this was simply ridiculous.
• His ego was flattered when renowned dr.Riddhesh, owner of a hospital, such an influential man came to his doorstep for a wedding proposal. Despite seeing how Gungun was unruly at the beginning, he was all praise for the heiress. Dil ke saaf, etc... ladke wala n all, he got elevated to a position he relishes to be...that of being sought, that of being bowed down to. N having dr.Riddesh as ladki wala, was a delight he took in to patronise.
• N this is exactly what he did. He didnt stop Anubhav from his rash decision to call off the alliance. Bkoz in this decision of Anubhav, he saw the platinum opportunity to bring down Dr.Riddhesh to begging him. He relished in that. He accepted Akriti as his bahu on rebound, without checking her background or her character,he accepted her just bkoz she is Dr.Riddhesh's alienated niece. N just to show to the goodhearted doctor that see, ladkiyan ki kami nahin hai humare bitwa ke liye. He kept the wedding date n venue unchanged just to humiliate dr.Riddhesh. He was well aware of the havoc he was creating. He insulted the ex ladki wale by organising the shaafi, just swapped the dulhan. He knew the blow he was delivering by breaking a young girl's shaadi just a couple of days ahead of her big day. He was humiliated by dr.Maya in a private party, so he disgraced the Bhatnagar like this. He played his part very cold bloodedly. N none could say a word.

Jokes aside what an amazing perspective you brought about BP. 🤗He truly is a control freak and likes to have the last say everytime all in disguise of sanskaar! Isn't it already embarrassing the way he treats his illiterate wife which is shown as a comic relief? In the initial episodes he was always projected as an old wise man. But somewhere down the lane you actually get the whole picture. He isn't wise. He just has his own way of getting things done by forcing everyone to believe in him because he is the oldest one. If that doesn't work he gets down to emotional blackmail. He is a pathetic excuse of a sankari man!

More than Akriti's exposure(which i see no hope of ever being revealed), i want Anubhav, Golu gang, the younger generation to witness how shallow Charu is. He needs to be exposed, questioned, counter questioned, cross examined, set his antennae right, so that he captures positive signals and finally condemned.
