Hi All, I would like to thank everyone for their posts about the latest episode as reading all your posts before I watch the latest episode really helps so far! Truly hope that the show is not ending anytime soon as the casting director has really done a fantabulous job 🙏of choosing the ideal Raya n Pihu for us which seems to have certainly helped in the show going on for this long😊! I believe most of us hope to see more lovely Raya/Pihu scenes 🥰which hopefully would help to keep the show running as long as it is able to!

Just managed to catch the latest episode n was glad to see Raya’s encounter😊! Ram’s reaction…OMG poor plant pot N Priya’s reaction… she seemed perturbed😢! Their upcoming similar encounters might be really painful to watch😭!

Pihu seems to be really found of Krish which one can understand as he seems to be someone who seems to have been a good friend to her mum till to date! However now seems like his hopes of wanting to become more than a friend to her mum has increased! Hope Krish realises sooner for his own sake that Priya’s love for Ram has not decreased at all n in fact it seems to have increased over the years💗!

With regards to Priya’s sisters, I never thought I would have to do this 😂 but I think I shall thank them for convincing Priya n Pihu to go shopping which led to Raya/Pihu encounter! N once again Ram getting hoodwinked by his malicious stepfamily🤦‍♀️! Looking forward to the day where Ram reacts after realising that he has been well n truly hornswoggled by his heinous stepfamily🤦‍♀️! Seeing Ram again with his new found girlfriend was unbearable 🤦‍♀️! OMG with all the news of Vedika coming up, I’m really not sure how unbearable the scenes with Ram n Vedika are going to be🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️!

Oh Pihu looked extra cute with her hairstyle n she has really been so good so far 😘! She really seems to be the ideal precious child of Raya🥰 as she is doing what her parents used to do which is to keep the show bearable to watch! Cannot wait to see the reaction of Ram when he realises that Pihu is very much his precious child n what a blunder he has made to miss out on being part of his precious Pihu’s life! I’m truly hoping this blunder would be a very good learning experience for Ram n moving forward he is portrayed to be able to exercise good judgement by making sound decisions the next time! Pihu’s encounter with her not so smart Dad is really going to be so nice to see n I’m looking forward to seeing that soon😊!

Disha's interview about playing mother so early in career..

How I wish she had quit the show .. It is really not worth the risk. Nevertheless , it's quite a bold decision , she is performing very well as a mommy , her chemistry with the kid is really endearing ..

I hope her hard work pays off and her career doesn't get affected by getting stereotyped .. I really hate this show BALH2 at this point , cannot wait for NM and DP to get free ..

I remember how BH2 was shut down by Sony without even completing its story. But that happened when the pandemic began.

You know, I feel, if the makers stop testing the viewers patience (by showing Ram dumb, by bringing more negative characters/tracks) and show something substantial (solving the unresolved tracks and MUs one by one), the TRP might actually go up. This generation is not as patient as the one that used to watch Balh1 10 years ago. Now, ppl are used to getting everything fast.

BH2 was unnecessarily dragged before it shut down. After she married Rudra, Maya should have only focused on getting revenge from MJ. They brought in some other character who keeps Maya captive. BH2 was a pure play revenge drama and had the makers stuck to that it had every potential of becoming a good thriller. After the pandemic hit, they didn see a point in continuing it coz the audience were bored and Jenny and Ashish are expensive actors.

Coming to BALH2, the story has lost its plot. The only way RaYa can come together is if Nandu is exposed bcoz she became the no. 1 vamp. Previously she was shown to be selfish and money minded but as long as she got to enjoy her luxurious life she didn care what became of RaYa. But now she wouldn’t mind eliminating Ram if it comes to that. Once RaYa are back together, then what? U can never have a show where things r happy for long. U need drama. If Nandu is out and MS is also in jail who will amp up the drama? Vedu? Neeraj? Itna dum nahi hai un mein to become the main villain. Or if they show Nandu kicking Ram out and he becomes penniless, they can show how we will find love again with Soods and with their support rebuilds his empire and teaches Nandu Shubhu a lesson. And let’s come to the elephant in the room. Nakuul’s health. He looks sick, no offence but he does. He needs to regain his health. In the past, when the main lead got sick where they needed some time to recuperate, they shut the show instead of replacing them. I believe this happened with EDKV1. The female lead was constantly sick and ultimately the show shut down too quickly even though it was loved by the audience. And now coming to TRP, it has been constant at 0.5. I donno if it was better before but on its opening week it was 0.5. Already 200 episodes have been aired. At this stage u can’t hope to get new audience and a TRP jump. Even if the TRP is constant, at such low numbers it’s a risk for the makers to continue to air it. BALH1 had decent numbers and back then most of the shows ran for min 500 episodes. Today only few shows have crossed that mark and that too bcoz the numbers have been good and constant. Like the Bhagyas, YRKKLH. Anupama might go on for a while too coz it’s been no 1 throughout except for few weeks when Ghum hai overtook that. Right now Star continues to dominate all other channels. Sony shows are nowhere near.

She is playing mom to a small kid and it should still be OK and this is her third show. It did seem odd to make her pose as a 32 year old when she is 28. So now given the leap she must be 37. So that bit I get. But is it hard to believe that a 28 year old girl has a 5 yr old kid? Not so much if u had the kid early. It’s much better than seeing Jenny play mom to Kritika Sengar or worse Shwetha Tiwari play grandmom to Kritika 😆 things have improved and for how long can one play just the love interest or a bahu? These days it’s not like before. Jenny played younger characters after KZK. In her 30s she played Maya and Zoya. And at 37 she is playing Major Monica in Code M. So these days u have more platforms and more variety in roles.

Yep in KZK1, Jenny played mom to Kritika 🤣 at the end of PKDH, Disha’s character is shown to be pregnant but that was it. Donno about her other show. Off late u have finite shows as well. So DP might get something good after this show is over. Finite shows are good and OTT also has options. Disha herself seems laid back. She even said that in an interview. She isn’t keen on doing back to back shows. So even if BALH wraps up, u might not get to see her soon. No matter how BALH2 is doing right now but this show has made her relevant again. After her second show ended she was not in news at all till Rahul proposed to her on BB. She came back into spotlight. TV industry is extremely dynamic and one needs to be on their toes. Maybe Disha is content in her space. Like Nakuul said she isn’t overtly ambitious. Personally I want this show to go on for sometime coz u will get to see Nakuul Disha together and I donno when it will be when we next see them. Pairs are usually not repeated. So we might as well enjoy BALH2 till it lasts.

That's true about Disha. She is way too content with life. As u said she might just disappear after BALH2 ends . After several years from now we may see a promo like BALH2 featuring Disha, but I won't be lured that time 🤣

Wasn't DP's last show about a sigle father meeting DP's character? IF yes then possibly she played "mom" to the kid too😆

Mujhe toh Nakul pe taras aata hai, he started off with 38 and currently playing 45 year old🤣
