Ok Raavi is not even pawning the ring, she is selling it to get money to temporarily solve the problems.

She thinks this is the best gift she can give for Shiva, which is true but in the OG it was handled differently and Mullai did it only to get a gift for Kathir which ended up in a tamasha and everyone became angry on Mullai except Kathir who stood by her.

Here I am sure Raavi won't even tell Shiva that she did this for the family. I also don't want Mami to see her do this because we all know how Mami can blow things way out of proportion.

I have gone back and seen the Shivi scene 5 times already and it gets even more beautiful the next time. It is a really beautiful scene but also there is a bittersweet element to it because we know what is coming. The past few Shivi scenes we have been getting have been uninterrupted which improves the experience of watching the scene. We get the full scene instead of one scene being chopped up into 3 pieces to incorporate bhabhima's bhatakti aatma in between. I hope they continue with this strategy.

I think KD hasn't been shooting for a few days because he hasn't posted any photos or bts. Also Alice put up a story yesterday, with a pink top, where she wrote posting from an isolated corner, meaning she is either filming alone or without KD. I just hope they don't stretch Shiva's accident too long.

Dhara is doing arti for Shiva and his tilak. he bends down to get her blessings and prays to God.

Shiva is walking out of the Pooja ghar but he slips and falls.

Just then Gautam comes to hep him to get up.

Shiva's monologue, "ye teeka toh mitt gaya kayi ye apshagun toh nahi"

Gautam asks him ,"tu teek hai na"

Shiva says, "haan Gombi teek hoon"

Dhara also asks him ."tu ghira kaise?'

Shiva says, 'farsh ghila thaa naa, toh paer phisal gaya"

Dhara says, 'koi baat nahi, mein saaf kar doongi, tujhe kayi chot toh lagi naa"

Shiva says, "kuch nahi hua Bhabi, mein teek hoon"

DHara does kaala teeka and says, 'mere bacche ko kissiki nazar na lage"

Shiva says, 'kisiki nazar nahi lagegi, abb jaaoon"

Dhara says, 'jaa, sambhaal ke"

Gautam and Dhara watch him go.

Gautam says to DHara, 'kyun tension le rahi hai Dhara, sab teek hai"

Dhara says, 'Somnathji kare sab teek ho"

But why was everyone mad at Mullai for pawning the ring? Was it because she didn't go to them for money?

I want Mami to see, and for her to reveal it when Shiva comes back (and not before), and then he can throw this also on their faces. His wife sold her ring for the family, and in turn, they let her go (or kick her out).

Raavi at the pawn shop to sell her ring, the guy weighs the ring and looks at it and says ,'design toh puraani hai isski'

Raavi says, "ji"

Guy says, 'mein isske liye Bhaeez hazaar de sakta hoon (22,000 rupees)'

Raavi is not happy and says bhaeez?

guy says, 'chalo pachees hazaar, isse zyaada koi aur nahi dhega bhi nahi aapko, ye lijiye"

Raavi says, 'teek hai aap pachees hazaar de dijiye, par aap ye anguti ko sambhaalke rakhna, mere liye ye anguti bahut keemti hai"

Guy says ok and gives Raavi, the money and she takes it.

Yes she didn't go to them for money and there is a budget to buy gifts at Pandian house and Mullai wanted to buy him an expensive gift which was not possible with the money Dhanam gave, she decided to pawn the ring without anyone knowing about it. Moreover she felt gift from her own money would make him and her happy as well. Little did she know that kasturi (Anita here) knew about it as Mullai had inquired about the pawn shops to her and she also sees Mullai in the market too. Kasturi went and told Mullai's mother and she came to question Dhanam, both Murthy and Dhanam were embarrassed at what Mullai did and became angry at her. BTW, the Mullai's ring was given to her by her parents during the wedding, hence Parvati got so angry, hence questioned Dhanam and Murthy. Meena at that time was difficult to handle and made it even more worse for Mullai😆

So Raavi says the ring is important to her and it's an old model ring.

Is this the ring Shiva put on her after the first reunion or is it her mother's?

I wish they revealed it today or maybe in the future when Mami will create a tamasha when she comes to know what Raavi did.

Unless the writers don't change the track midway looks like the ring will have a part in the future episodes.

I can see Dhara being really anal about someone other than her having money in the family and she doesn't know about it. She is a control freak that can twist everything around and make it about how Raavi should've asked her first, because how can anyone other than bhabhima become mahan in front of the family.

One year ago this day when Shiva started to fall for raavi at the khandar I had subscribed to hotstar VIP for my personal use 😆

Kanwar and Alice's chemistry was at another level plus their off-screen speculations added to that chemistry 😆

Dev is talking to Mansukh Bhai , looks like he gave some news about the land. Dev says he will convey it to Gautam and hangs up the phone.

Just then Rishita comes to the aangan and Dev doesn't see her.

Dev's monologue after he hangs up the phone, " kal tu ne apne power dhikayi thi naa, abb hum dhikayenge, zameen tera baap chodke gaya thaa tu kabza kar lega"

He turns around and sees Rishita.

Rishita starts with her barrage of questions to Dev about who he was talking to, what happened to their land and who encroached the land.

Dev says Jeevanlal did it and Rishita asks about the guy and says how he can do something like this.

Just then Suman comes to the aangan. Dev asks her to keep quiet. Rishita creates a tamasha. Gautam comes there too and she asks if Dev and Gautam both lied to them all.

Dhara also comes there.

Gautam is angry at Dev now and whispers to him. 'muh khol diya tu ne, meine bola thaa Shiva ke birthday ke baad sabko bolenge, kar diya naa kaand'

Dhara says, 'ye kaunsi jhoot ke baat kar rahi hai tu Rishita, kya hua'

Shiva also comes there.

Raavi too walks into the house.

Except Krish all are in the aangan.

Rishita is now crying and says, 'kya nahi hua pooche Bhabi, hamare zameen jiske dum par hum sab hawai mahal bana rahe te naa, woh kisine kabza kar liya"

Shiva, Suman, DHara and Raavi are all shocked.

Gautam and Dev are looking at each other.

Dhara says, 'ye kaise ho sakta hai, ye sahi nahi hai, arrey Gombi kal hi toh"

Dev says, 'Bhabi, Rishita sahi keh rahi hai, hamare zameen ko kuch goondon ne kabza kar liya hai, par gabrane ki baat nahi hai, Mansukh bhai se baat hui hai, hamare zameen hume mil jaayegi"

Dhara says, 'tumne humse itna bada jhoot bola hai Gombi, kyun? tumhe laga ki hum sach nahi sunn payenge kyunki hum kamzor hai, kyun nahi bataya"

Gombi says, "aise baat nahi hai Dhara, jab hum ghar ke andhar gusse, sabko Shiva ke birhtday ki tayyari karte hue dekha, phir humne yahi socha ki ek baar birthday nikal jaaye phir uske baad tum sabko bata denge, problems toh hamare ghar mei saal bar chalti rehati hai, uss chakkar mei hum Shiva ka birhtday nahi kharaab kar sakte hai na"
