I think that was how GK was supposed to do.

Because if you see the hand kiss or even the forehead kiss during engagement,they were good.

This kitchen wala kiss was meant to be a quick one,so I guess that was what he did...i could be wrong though.

See the Vanraj and Anupama romantic scenes (yes they exist). Unfortunately the physical contact is WAY more. Even the scene of Pakhi’s conception they showed in Namaste America was more explicit.

I agree. Rupali is doing better in the romantic scenes nowadays, GK is a tad less expressive there. And this is opposite of what it was before. When Anuj used to niharofy Anu in the initial few months he was very expressive so I don’t know what changed. The intensity which he used to convey through his eyes is not seen many times.
I don’t know if its because Rups is naturally a very expressive actor or if its deliberate by the director. I’m also waiting for this consummation scene (knowing full well that it could be a disappointment).

I think it's something with camera and direction. Their reels have more chemistry. I was surprised when he lifted her in morni banke reel. I think they both are very comfortable but probably they r worried about the TV audience. Namaste America was ott so it was ok.

I haven't seen old episode to know if there were v close scene of anupama VAnraj or Kavya Vanraj.
